Whether it’s date night, a treat for a loved one or a celebration, Leamington has plenty of places for a special occasion. Visit La Coppola or Villa Capri for an authentic Italian meal, dine on a French feast at Oscar’s French Bistro. or dine in style on Japanese cuisine at Hayashi or Phoenix Chinese.

Leamington brunch and lunch spots

Bunch is the perfect way to start the day and Leamington has a range of options. Many of our town’s eateries offer brunch, from tasty dishes in airy, bright surroundings at Boston Tea Party, or brunch dishes with a difference at Warwick Street Kitchen, where everything is made in-house – right down to the brown sauce. If you want to go big with your brunch, head to Hart+Co. for one of their crazy creations served up in their pink palace, or opt for one of Leamington’s Bottomless Brunch options such as  The Clarendon.

Whether it’s a birthday treat in Leamington or a bite to eat, there are plenty of lunch options to choose from. As well as serving brunch, both Bill’s and Las Iguanas are great spots for a casual lunch, as is Carluccio’s for a lunchtime Italian meal. Of course, there are plenty of places to grab lunch to takeaway, but if you want somewhere to eat in you could also try The Steamhouse for great bagels, Vietnamese lunch options at Banh Mi Ca Phe, or Fat Birds Cafe for lunch, breakfast, cakes or afternoon tea.

Afternoon Tea in Leamington Spa

Afternoon tea is an occasion in and of itself, and there are plenty of options in Leamington Spa offering some right royal treats. Head to Rosie’s Tearoom for a vintage afternoon tea, including an extensive choice of over 20 varieties of quality loose leaf teas or freshly ground coffees. Bistrot Pierre offers afternoon tea in its own Bistrot way, as well as a Sparkling Afternoon Tea option, or the choice of afternoon tea with a Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini or Mojito. Popular coffee shop Esquires also offers afternoon tea for two – featuring their own homemade scones – with either unlimited tea and coffee or bottomless Prosecco. Casual Dining options in Leamington

No matter the occasion, many people prefer a more casual restaurant setting and Leamington Spa has lots to choose from.

Leamington is packed with unique foodie hotspots that stand out from the crowd, serving up great food in trendy settings that are guaranteed to get your attention. Tuck into authentic barbecued meat at Smowkhaus on Warwick Street or head across the road for award-winning burgers at Libertine Burger. In Regent Court choices include Caribbean food and cocktails at Turtle Bay, as well as Latin American cuisine at Las Iguanas and Bodega Cantina.

If you’re after something a bit more familiar, head to Middletons or Bar + Block for steak, or enjoy a French feast at popular brasserie chains Cote or Bistrot Pierre. You could also try independently owned – The Leopard Spot, or alternatively Zizzi and Pizza Express for Italian-inspired casual dining.

If a sweet treat or dessert is on your mind then a visit to Leamington town centre is a must. Try Gallone’s or Creams for ice cream desserts and more, or get to Hart + Co. for crazy concoctions including fabulous pancake stacks and other sweet stuff, washed down with some great cocktails. Visit Waf Waf Waffles for everything ‘waffle’ including waffle sticks and waffle bowls, plus pancakes and other sweet treats.

Celebrate a special occasion with drinks in Leamington

When the occasion calls for cocktails Leamington town centre is the place to go. Hart + Co. serves up great cocktail creations, while Turtle Bay is as popular for its cocktails as its Caribbean food. Stop by at Leif Piano Bar for a cocktail or quiet drink or head to House for a whole array of drinks including cocktails, mocktails and more.

If a pub is your go-to choice for a few drinks, try the White Horse or The Clarendon at the top of town, or head to The Royal Pug at the other end of the town centre, or The Drawing Board for a few drinks and food. It’s not just food on offer at The Neighbourhood but drinks too, and don’t forget to pop to Fizzy Moon for drinks, food and a great evening out.
